Everyone has different ways, but I have some special tips that are helpful for myself, and they could help you, too!
Prioritize: I know that is not what anyone wants to hear, but in the long run, it will be super helpful. I am one who likes to keep everything organized and have a schedule to show what I have to do each day. Personally, I think planning a list that starts with the most important things to accomplish, to the least important things is very beneficial.
Eat healthy: Nowadays, it is harder and harder to find the motivation to eat healthy. Just like any other teenager, I go out to eat junk food, but eating healthy can be the difference between having a lot of energy or just having a good day in general. The next time you are eating a meal and have an option, pick the healthier one, you will feel so much better!
Sleep: Sleep is amazing, don't get me wrong, but if you get too much or too little, it can be deadly to your mood and productivity level. Getting the right amount of sleep for a teenager is kind of like asking a dog to talk, it doesn’t happen. We either get way too much sleep, or barely any at all. During the week, teens are usually sleep deprived, but on the weekends, sleep is all teens seem to do. Finding the right amount of sleep for yourself is a must. Doctors recommend that teens go to bed at the same time every night and keep routines that do not include checking Snapchat at 2:00 am. Find that balance and get enough sleep, and you will find life is much better!
Overall, I want to encourage everyone to keep pushing through. Try to live the best possible life you can. We only live once. Eventually, you will get on a more regular schedule and find the right balance for yourself. I hope that my tips about how to find balance will help you!
