When thinking about the outdoors, it makes me happier. Little did I know that spending time outside is good for my internal and external self. I came up with a list of different ways that nature makes me feel AWESOME!
If I am out exploring, or just outdoors in general, my creativity level goes up 100%. There is something inspiring about being outside, breathing in the fresh air, and having the sun shine down. The experience makes me so inspired and makes me want to create. If I am ever needing inspiration for something specific that I am doing, you will definitely find me outside.
#2. Stress Relieving
Yes, there is this awful thing in life that seems to get to everyone. Stress. Honestly, I do not get stressed out that much, but I am also just a high school student that doesn’t have a lot to stress about. If I ever find myself in a situation that makes me stress out or feel too overwhelmed, I will go outside, take a deep breath, and the fresh air calms me instantly.
The great outdoors is a perfect place to clear your mind and get exercise. Walking, hiking, running, canoeing, and biking are all awesome examples of different ways to simply stay active! Get a group of your friends or your family, and check out a local park or trail near you. Go exploring! You’ll have a blast with your favorite people and you will also be burning some calories at the same time.
Nature is such a beautiful thing to just admire. Go outside and look around. We live in an absolutely beautiful world that most of us take for granted sometimes, including myself. I never really realize how lucky I am until I go outside and look around. If thinking about all the beauty of the natural world doesn’t make you smile, I don’t know what will. We are beyond lucky to live on such an amazing planet, a beautiful nation, and incredible state.
Everyone, I ask you this: Please, just go outside and explore the nature around you. You will be so much happier. I guarantee you will forget your worries and unlplug from stress.
Thank you so much for reading.
Until next time,
