Show #8 of 2015-16Show #8 is our first episode ever hosted by cousins! Join us as the Wheeler cousins take you on a 10 minute BJJTV adventure. We will learn more about one student's goal to end the "R" word. Jade will introduce us to a new program that helps students who want to work within the Early Childhood career path. Show #9 of 2015-16Show #9 of Blue Jay Journal TV has three in-depth stories. We take a look at what it is like to be a homeless teen in Franklin County. Also, we meet the band Decedy. We wrap it up with a day in the life of WHS Principal, Dr. Frank Wood. On that note, Dr. Wood is retiring this year and we will miss his support of BJJTV. Thank you, Dr. Wood!

Show #10 of 2015-16Show #10 made us smile in lots of ways. We explored the serious issue of the "Netflix and Chill" generation, but then featured a lot of people who take Blue Jay Pride to a new level. Mikayla Reed, Cathy Rennick, and our Color/Winter Guard really help make our school a special place. We hope you enjoy this episode as much as we did making it.

Show #13 of 15-16In BJJTV #13 we ask a serious question, "Just because it is legal, does it make it right?" More specifically, we look at the power courts have over custodial agreements and the impact those agreements have upon children who do not wish to live with or even visit one of their parents. We will also explore the topics of adoption and abstinence, as well as meet a WHS student who loves to hula-hoop. Enjoy the show!

Show #15 takes a serious look at the dangers of synthetic marijuana. It's a cautionary tale we can all learn from. We also explore the concept of "self-acceptance." All too often, we are our own worst critic. The founders of J&W Cycles will also share their story with us, as well as a local teen who credits his seatbelt for saving his life. The show wraps up by introducing us to a WHS Sophomore who does an amazing deed for children who are hospitalized. We hope you'll tune in to this edition of BJJTV and enjoy!

In our last edition of BJJTV for the 15-16 school year, we start off by taking a look at teen pregnancy from a different point of view. We talked to the children who are the result of a teen pregnancy to get their perspective. We will learn more about local artist, Gary Lucy, and a sheltered workshop, Temco. Also, we'll take a look at the decline in males involved in student activities and leadership positions, as well as learn about a special project at Four Rivers Career Center.
